The Lotus Based Dodge Circuit EV is sure to amaze when it debuts sometime in 2011. A more cost conscious alternative to the Tesla roadster which is also based on a Lotus platform the Circuit will have 268hp from a pure electric powertrain with 0-60mph times in the sub 5 seconds range and a top speed of over 120 mph. A rear wheel drive 2 person sports car, the circuit would go up to 200 miles before requiring additional charging. More details are to be announced, stay tuned at www.chrysler.com
